Role:

Territory Manager

 

Purpose of the role: 

The Territory Manager’s (TM) primary responsibility is to drive sales of mOm incubators and accessories within their designated area to NHS hospitals and other relevant healthcare institutions. The TM will act as the key interface between their customers and the company’s departments, ensuring sales of our products are installed in a timely manner, hospital staff correctly trained, feedback is collected and distributed, and clients are well supported in the use of our products ensuring the delivery of high-quality neonatal care.

Location: 

The TM will be responsible for: South/South-West/West-Midlands but this will be finalised based on geographical location and is subject to change. 

The TM should be located within commutable distance of central London and our office in Stevenage. 

 

Duties of role: 

  • Achieve or exceed unit and revenue sales targets 

  • Promote awareness of mOm products in alignment with agreed messaging and communication strategy 

  • Work with key decision makers and stakeholders to ensure the correct & safe adoption of our products to deliver excellent neonatal care 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in each territory, whilst facilitating ongoing product training and support 

  • Demonstrate and promote our products to various & relevant audiences 

  • Provide timely and accurate sales budgets and forecasts as required 

  • Serve as the company’s interface in matters related to client needs 

  • Support refinement and development of new products by feeding back customer needs 

  • Support refinement and development of sales collateral 

  • Maintain and keep up to date customer records and provide regular reporting as required 

  • Follow up on leads with the aim to qualify and establish viable prospects 

  • Represent mOm at various and relevant events and conferences 

  • Act in accordance with all regulatory and quality requirements 

  • Process quotes and invoices, and ensure delivery of our products and services 

  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when working 

  • Other related tasks as required.

  • Driving – possess a clean UK drivers’ licence  

 

 Desirable experience: 

  • Demonstrable record of business development in capital or/and medical device sales 

  • Previous experience of working in a start-up medical device business 

  • Experience of working in/engaging with relevant departments and levels within the NHS at Hospital, Trust, and Networks levels 

o   i.e. Clinical, Procurement, Quality Improvement, Medical Engineering  

  • Worked in the NHS in Maternity / Neonatal care 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Medical or life science qualification  

  • Clean driving licence.
